Most grooms take 60–90 minutes depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the service selected. Because we come to you, there’s no drop-off or pickup time — your dog is done and back inside before you know it.

Yes. All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. This protects your dog, our groomers, and every pet we serve. Please have your vet records ready when booking — we’ll confirm at your first appointment.

This is exactly why mobile grooming exists. No car ride, no waiting room, no other dogs. Your dog stays calm in their own environment, and our groomers are trained in low-stress, fear-free handling. One-on-one means we take it at your dog’s pace — always.

No. Our vans are fully self-contained — onboard water tanks, climate control, power, and grooming equipment. We don’t need access to your home, your water, or your electricity. Just a place to park.

Our vans are standard full-size — similar to a delivery van. They fit in any standard residential driveway or street parking spot. If you’re in a tight neighborhood or HOA, just let us know and we’ll coordinate.

We groom rain or shine — everything happens inside the climate-controlled van. Severe weather (ice storms, heavy snow) may require rescheduling for safety, but we’ll always communicate in advance.

Currently, MobileDog specializes in dogs only. We do carry cat food and supplies in our product line! If you need a cat groomer, just ask — we have trusted partners in the area we’re happy to recommend.

Most dogs do best on a 4–8 week schedule depending on breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Your groomer will recommend the ideal interval after your first visit. Recurring clients can lock in a regular schedule through the app — and earn extra Bonez for staying on routine.

Life happens. We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We’re reasonable people — just communicate and we’ll work with you.
